The line "What we have here, is a failure to communicate" is a famous line from a movie called "Cool hand Luke."
The reason I use that line is this as follows: In that same movie Luke (Paul Newman) eats 50 hard boiled eggs. And because I ate 45 oranges, I wanted to make a comparison in my own little way.
I would also like to point out the significance of the phrase "What we have here is a failure to communicate" in the hit song "Civil War" by one of the greatest rock bands ever Guns 'n Roses.
Furthermore, I'd of thought that with the amount of Vitamin C that you would have ingested from the 45 oranges it would be almost impossible for you to become sick. Although you may have suffered a mild case of haert burn due to the high levels of citrus acid contained in each orange.
nonetheless, I applaud your accomplishment. I ate 4 MacDonald's cheeseburgers the other day if that is worthy of any comparison?
it has also been discovered that intakes of vitamin C don't actually prevent colds and flu, nor do they aid in recovery. They have found zinc to be far move effective. Moreover, vitamin C is water soluble. So dear Gord go do some reading on water soluble vitamins (i wonder if vitamin g is water soluble, your type probably actual vitamin g i am not sure on.) Hopefully, this can put your father's concerns at ease. Perhaps he should direct them to other areas of your lifestyle.
Here you will find updates on anything and everything. One day it could be Bond University, Squash, The Wild Drunk, The Terrible Three, a roasted chicken (or many roasted chickens), The world's greatest hard rock band - AC/DC, North Bay News, Eggs Benedict Radio...you get the picture.

sorry to spoil the party but recent discoveries reveal that excess vitamin c promotes the growth of tumours.
