The Minutes

Remember this moment (click here).

Based on his love and concern about the minutes of council, the good people at www.gordprisco.blogspot.com have decided to name Jim Payne the Council Minutes Critic (watch out Sadia). Payne is concerned about what is happening at Bond. Let's see what he has to say....

Well, this is my first report in regard to the Bond minutes. I’ll tell you
something; there are lots of funny people out there (or Muppets - you
decide). I have received a number of links to the minutes. And given the
interest, I suppose I will give an editorial on the new week 6 minutes.

• First, they are pretty long. Bill Gates tells me the word count is 4,641.
That cuts out half your audience (i.e. business students). You need this
thing to be accessible to everyone!
• Secondly, why did they new student council need to ‘extend
congratulations’ to themselves? I wonder if they hugged.
• Thirdly, the knives are already out. Apparently, Jess Woskett didn’t go to
any management meetings. They’ve only been in office for a week. Odds have
shortened for another early Council resignation.
• Next, the boys are on top of their colour schemes; Hooper noted the LSA
uses navy on their newsletters, and Canta notes the BSA is black.
• And finally, thank god the office is getting a clean up. I was starting to
worry! It’s been a disgrace; how did Jess Leach get anything done?

Anyway, I’m looking forward to Sadia sending me the next edition. Her
spelling was good and the document was well formatted. (Honestly, I was
expecting something like the Skuller’s blog with little hearts drawn on the
side).

Minute Critic signing off.

Mr Payne must report on the minutes every time they're available. And if they're not available, Stathis must pay!

I am very disappointed with the quality of your staff Gordo.

This review is terrible.

He has said nothinb about the accuracy of the minutes.

I demand that he attend all the meetings to ensure the accuracy of the minutes -- particularly the really long meetings held just before he has something due.

Gord your blog is so funny and so too are the muppets. I need to finish my readings but I cannot stop laughing. Is this tragic? No. It is sad.

Being a muppet with a bit of experience in life I would like to share something with all. I have been experiencing these encounters with someone who is nice but kinda sad. It is terrible when you have to put the word sad in front of someone's name. For example, and let's not be sexist here we have Sad Sam. The way we pronounce sad back at home is like this:sayed with added emphasis to the Y. I know this is cruel and I should be ashamed of myself. I always tell my buddy and my mates that they shouldn't do this to me every time a Sad Sam starts to like me because it is very mean. You have no idea of how embarressing it can be especially when you have to work with this person and your friends ring and ask you "...how is Sad Sam today?"

If there is one thing I can trully say about the muppets none of them are sayed.

i would like to say that i think it's ridiculous that these student council meetings go for like 7 hours!!!!!!!!

no wonder there were 5 uncontested positions! how do these kids have time for study?? ... yes.. S T U D Y. the main reason for people attending university?

meanwhile that's what i should be doing.. not reading this shit..

That's you isn't it James? - you just don't want to go to 7 hour meetings.

I could suggest that the meetings go for 7 hours cause there is no stong leadership....

Nah just kidding. Keep up the good work guys. Don't listen to the muppets. :) I mean damn, they gave us 2 weeks before bagging us. Looks like they were bagging you before you were even on from the look of Bond Briefs.
